How the pricing wizard works
The wizard calculates the indicative price (device, issue type and time of day) entirely in your own browser — nothing is sent to our servers while you answer the questions.
At the final step, if you choose to continue, your contact details (phone number, optional email and problem description) are sent to our server to create your service request, and your browser then redirects you to Redsys's payment gateway to pay the dispatch fee. We never store or have access to your card details — payment is entered and processed entirely on Redsys's own servers. The direct on-call phone number is only shown to you once payment is confirmed.
Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when submitting the pricing wizard, emailing us, or calling us, typically:
- Name and/or contact phone number
- Email address, if provided
- Description of the problem and device type
- Address, if needed to travel to you for the call-out
We don't enable public comments or user registration on this site, so we don't collect data through those channels.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data exclusively to:
- Manage and respond to your request for technical assistance.
- Coordinate the call-out (remote or in-person) and invoice the service provided.
- Keep a record of business communications.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent you give by contacting us, and the performance of the service you request.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods legally required for commercial, tax, and contractual purposes (generally six years), unless you request earlier deletion.
Recipients and disclosures
Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or strictly necessary to provide the requested service. The following may have access:
- Redsys (Sociedad de Procedimientos de Pago, S.L.), as payment gateway, solely to process payment of the dispatch fee.
- InformatiQ's email hosting and/or web services provider.
- Competent authorities, when required by applicable law.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD), you can exercise the following rights:
- Right of access
- Right of rectification
- Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to object
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to data portability
To exercise these rights, email hola@informatiq.es stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID document. We will respond within one month at most.
Right to complain to the AEPD
If you believe our processing of your data breaches applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

Data Protection Officer
